Aventuras El Lago uses the personal information provided through this site to manage transport bookings, answer enquiries and coordinate your service. This policy applies to the aventurasellago.net booking system.
Information we collect
We collect your name, email address, telephone number, trip details, passenger count, pickup and drop-off locations, comments, and booking and payment references. Technical logs may include IP address, browser, dates and activity needed to keep the service secure. Do not include sensitive information or card numbers in comments or messages.
How we use information
We use information to process and confirm bookings, coordinate pickups and changes, communicate payment status, respond to requests, manage invoicing and protect the service against errors or fraud. Accepting these terms does not authorise promotional emails; any marketing communication will require separate permission where applicable.
Payments and service providers
Card payments take place on the KinPOS/LAFISE portal, subject to its own terms and privacy policy. This booking form does not request or store full card numbers or security codes. We may retain payment amounts, status, authorisation and bank references to verify and reconcile payments. We share necessary information with providers involved in operations, hosting, communications and transport, or when legally required. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and security
The booking system uses session and security cookies necessary for the form to work. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking them may prevent you from completing a booking. This policy does not authorise advertising or tracking cookies. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, although no system offers absolute security.
Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to manage your booking, deliver the service, handle complaints and meet applicable accounting and legal obligations. Information is then deleted or anonymised as appropriate.
Your information and requests

You may also request restrictions on its use or withdraw permission you have given, where applicable. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity; some requests may be subject to retention obligations.
